Professional Background
Jack is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with hands-on experience working with athletes both in the clinic and in sporting environments.
He currently practices physiotherapy in a casual capacity, while also delivering personalised performance coaching and conditioning through Run Rogue.
Jack has worked with local football clubs and other sporting groups, developing and delivering both pre-season and in-season conditioning programs for men’s and women’s teams. His approach blends evidence-based physiotherapy
principles with the real-world demands of athletic performance.

Endurance running has played a major role in shaping Jack’s coaching approach.
Having completed over 50 half marathons, alongside multiple full marathons and ultra-distance events across both road and trail, he brings first-hand experience in training load management, recovery, and long-term performance progression.
